Troy - Kevin M. Purcell of Troy, passed away on September 8, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by two sons and a sister. Kevin was a student and teacher of Judo for his adult life and winner of both a silver and gold medal at the Empire State Games in the 1970s. A short graveside service will be held at the grave site, St. Peter's Cemetery, Troy, on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.
