Esther Parslow Rendano

Esther Parslow Rendano, 74, of Waterford, Daughter of the late John F. Parslow and Esther Pratt Parslow, died at home with her Son by her side on May 15, 2025.

Esther was a graduate of Averill Park Schools and never moved far from Wynantskill where she grew up. Esther is survived by her Son, Robert Rendano-Becker (Eileen), Troy, her Sister, Ella Ruth Derbyshire, Unalakleet, Alaska, her Brother Peter Parslow, Webster, and many nieces and nephews.

Esther loved the Adirondack Mountains, sewing, painting, B-side horror movies with Svengoolie and always got excited to find Tom Selick in a new show.

Esther will be remembered by the many friends and coworkers from her 20 + years working in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in Troy.

All are invited to visit with Esther's Family in the Daniel D. Purcell Funeral Home, 510 Pawling Avenue, Troy on June 3, 2025, from 9-11am. Interment will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
